No. DBT is a community-based review platform — not a credit bureau or legal database.

Legal & Privacy

Yes. Sharing personal rental experiences is protected by free speech laws, as long as reviews are truthful and based on firsthand experience.

Each user is fully responsible for the reviews they publish. DBT provides a platform for sharing, not legal verification or endorsement of statements.

Yes. We reserve the right to remove or edit any content that violates our Terms of Use — including false, defamatory, or inappropriate posts.
